Join the MercyOne Genesis Family! We are looking to hire an Imaging Center Sonographer!

As an Imaging Center Sonographer at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

  • Provide general and specialized diagnostic imaging service and care to patients during both diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures.
  • Be accountable for optimal diagnostic images through the use of various types of diagnostic equipment.

Schedule: 

  • 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
  • Monday - Friday

General Requirements:

Must be registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with one of the following:

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
  • Registered Musculoskeletal Sonographer (RMSKS)

If not registered, be board-eligible and become registered with ARDMS within one year of hire.

  • Maintains active registry status with ARDMS (30 CME’s every 3 yrs/annual payment)
  • Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within six (6) months of hire and every three (3) years thereafter.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire and every two (2) years thereafter.
