What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive children and families to and from schools, activities, and appointments

• Follow all local traffic laws and ensure passenger safety at every stop

• Use the HopSkipDrive app to manage ride requests and navigate routes efficiently

• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians to build trust and reliability

Who We're Looking For:

• Individuals with at least 5 years of caregiving experience (2+ years with children required)

• Must be 23 years or older

• A current driver’s license and minimum 3 years of driving experience

• Access to a 4-door vehicle, model year 2011 or newer (2014+ in some markets)

• Clean driving record with no major violations

• Able to pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting and multi-agency screenings
